Steps to Search
  1. Choose one or more searching conditions from 'Sea', 'Country', 'Institute', 'Index', and 'Keyword'. When you click one of the delineated areas in the displayed map, the concerned sea is chosen automatically.
  2. If you want to get information on an enclosed coastal sea in Japan, website related to Seto Island Sea is available. Websites related to Tokyo Bay, Ise-Mikawa Bay and Ariake Sea are under construction.
  3. Pull-down menu will also guide you to your concerned area, for not only Sea, but also for Country, Institute, and Index. Choose an appropriate area, if necessary.
  4. Keyword search is also available by typing your keywords in the Keyword Box.
  5. Click "Search" to start.

Sea Choose sea, and the web pages on that sea will be shown.
Country Choose country, and the web pages on the sea close to that country will be shown.
Institute Choose institute, and the web pages prepared by the concerned institute will be shown.
Index Choose index, and the web pages categorized in the concerned index will be shown.
Keyword Enter keyword(s) you are interested in, and the web pages which include the keyword(s) will be shown.
Display per page Set number of the searched results shown on one page from the pull-down menu.
